Hanging your clothes outside or inside HDB?

  how do you hang your clothes? (ok, i know some of you, your mom does it for you), inside or outside?
  
  do you face problem water dripping from upper floor?
  
  underwear, panties, bra, outside or inside?
  
  me inside for everything.

  Inside, coz the last owner sealed off the entire balcony.

  stay 2nd floor. but its the highest alr.

  hang inside balcony
  dare not hang out side door, cause will invite underwear thieves

  For my case, I know the timing when my neighbours put their wet clothes out which is during the night... hence my clothes are in the house, only weekend I put my washed clothes out

  Some on corridor,mostly is indoor hanging.Last time complain to the neighbour above about their wet clothes,now still no changes ,no choice but to hang indoor most of the time.

  these few days the weather is kinda wet that's why hang my clothes and everything inside the house... my mum is like everyday scouting the weather for sun if there's sun she will rush the clothes out for sun tanning
