  Hi All,
  
  Doing a project on Customer R-ship. Am curious, does it cost alot to issue RFID membership cards?

  RFID=Radio Frequency IDentification.

  Of course its expensive!!! Do you have any idea how much it costs to get a replacement ezlink card?

  The cost of RFIDs are getting more and more affordable over the years... Price shouldnt be a problem but you should consider the necessity of having the RFID technology on membership cards... What do u need it for? The purpose?

  Well, the RFID embedded cards will only be issued to the "elite" VVIP customers. Purpose is to store data of their purchases so that they can be used to reflect upon their purchase history. Enabling the staff in the outlet to have an idea of what are the preferences of the customer, so the staff is actually empowered to make informed recommendations based on the client's history of preferences.

  according to LTA...it does.
