New Rule of Courtesy - regarding camera cell phone

  Coming to this new era of camera cell phone, with camera getting more mega pixel and higher resolution into cell phone,
  
  I believe we need to have a new rule of courtesy - never ever point your camera cell phone to another person, regardless you do what - checking SMS, surfing GPRS web, playing games, whatever.
  
  I feel annoyed by those people in front of me, facing their camera cell phone towards me, who knows what they are doing with their cell phone?
  
  nowadays camera cell phone will produce 'shutter sound' when taking photo. However, I don't recall it will keep producing the 'shutter sound' when it is recording video (kind of dumb, isn't it?)
  
  So please, NEVER EVER POINT/FACE your camera cell phone towards anyone when you using it for whatever purpose. This is especially true when chio bu is sitting in front of you - you are making her feel uneasy.

  quite a number of new model has lid to cover up lens - to prevent dust and, I believe, help reducing misunderstanding too.
  
  however, some people just never close up the cover and still point at other people. Very annoyed.
  
  Need sgforum as a platform to push it as a new rule of courtesy.

  i think people should just move their head (look down) to reply sms or view anything from their phones, instead of moving the phones to their eye level. otherwise it will create an inclination on the phone which is able to take a picture of whats in front.

  The shutter sound on my N80 can't seem to be turned off, and the camera lens doesn't come with a cover. However I usually point the lens downwards anyway. So far no accusations of voyeurism or anything.

  i heard the shutter sound is to alert people that you are taking photo.
  
  so it shouldn't be off anyhow.
