Leave it to the Americans. They will get him...one day.... and dump him to some country like Afghanistan or Saudi and let their govt handle it.

if you read history, he was almost just a puppet..
the worst so far have been Hitler and Stalin..
and in ancient history, there have been heck of a lot more...
however, in the here and now, people who have committed international atrocities should be handed over to the people in the International Courts...
if they have committed atrocities in their own countries, their own courts have jurisdiction.. -
