  gst at 5% gets 3B in reviving economy.
  gst at 7% in booming economy... i wonder.
  
  our tax rate is low when it is selectively compared with certain countries with high tax rates. But we don't see the whole picture for those countries.

  True, but we also do not see the whole picture on the expenditure of our country. Example: A country may tax 10% but spend 2billion compared to another country that tax of 7% but spend 1billion.
