  cos if a p.hol falls on a Sunday, the following monday will be a holiday......
  but since monday oso a holiday, so tuesday becomes a holiday loh, for the "loss"!

  We were just lucky for the past 3 years, new year eve fell either on a saturday or sunday.

  31 dec is hari raya haji mah. They cannot replace on 1 jan because it is also a public holiday so become replace on 2 jan.
