My friends always get caught by police when i am not present

Dec 24- Caught for smoking at a HDB staircase, forced to disclose the location of cigarette purchase.Parents number given but police were lenient enough not to call.Police were called to the scene.
Jan 1- Sniffed glue at a HDB staircase.They were caught and sent for a blood test at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.After which, they were sent to a small lock up, denied of water.He needs to go back on January 12 to give his statement to the IO.I think he was held at Tanglin..not sure.

Once in August and October 2006, we were more vigilant and ran off once the police car was sighted.Soon after that, they lost their guard and became more complacent.I told them not to linger in one place for too long as well.This will arouse suspicion and those Kaypo JI will call police.
LOL the funy thing is when people commit crime(s), Singaporeans are willing to alert the police.But when someone faints or falls, no one wants to help.Just wanna see action only! -
