  Actually is not bad.
  
  But I was at the phase of my life where every gal i see is chio.
  
  Now I am at the phase of my life where every gal below 30 is chio.

  I'm talking about the time when you are NOT exercising. You dont sweat when not exercising if you put like 1 hour to heat up your body everyday.

  your blood stream got excessive water i think. Do more cardios i think will help.

  u sweat because u feel stuffy and hot, so try to not over exert yourself, or wear baggier clothes and go into a cold environment , eg: Air conditioned Office
