my encounter with singnet customer service call

whenever the server is down i will call most of the time they will not answer my call saying its busy. well here is some interesting things which happen 2 me.
1) i use my handphone to call, the operator answer my call. he told me the server is having problem now, he needs to comfirm what is the problem with is supervisor. he told me to heng the call, he will call me back in 10~15 min.
after 30 min, he still havent call me, so i call back.(useing my handphone which i just click on the number which i just call which mean the number i dial will never be wrong). guess what they divert my call to singapore traffice police hotline...WTF!?!
2) the singnet proxy server is down, so many people will be useing the singnet backup porxy server. so i have no problem useing internet. i was useing youtube to watch naurto then suddenly youtube stop. i click refresh it say cannot resolve host address.( which means that it could have been block)
i call and ask if they block , they say NO. i keep compilaning and scolding then until the operator cannot stand it. so he say " sir, i've check the server . im very sure youtube r not block". then i say " i want to see ur supervisor". he told me his supervisor is not around. he told me to call back in 10 min time he will ask the technician.
in less then 5 min youtube is accable again !!!
so what coinceidence???
i asume during that time the backup server is very stress so to reduce the stress the block youtube, block nvm still dun dare to admit

singnet provide poor service to their customer. they are now useing our money to give ppl free internet??? we the customer who paid them money cant even get what we deserve n yet they give our bandwirth free to our ppl??? )
they treat us like idoit, when ever they have problem they wouldnt tell us, block website and port dun dare to admit. if u guys still remember last year there was a perdoit of time where they simply just drop all the p2p package cause all p2p program not to work. how i know they drop the package?
simple when i encrype my bitcomit it start running n if i dun encrype it it totally stop. it means that they server is stocking our package once they found our ur useing p2p program they will stop it.
as usual i call them and us, and as usual they dun admit.
so any 1 else still think singnet is good????
think twice be4 signing up singnet
they are not honest to their customer , cant deliver what they promise, always lie to customer treat us like idoit. by now starhub has almost compelely recover from the earthqucke, pac net has no prob at alland yet singnet still so slow. and they keep tell that singnet is then best at gaming??

You are the problem. I haven't met with any problems with Singnet. In fact, Downloads are so fast, They are like premature ejaculations.
Besides, Go try Starhub and see for yourself what is horrible ping

i sign up 4 30mb plan pay 150+ a month to juz surf internet???

i've used starhub be4 it was alot better than singnet. but my bro dun wan to share with me so i have to sign singnet.

Maybe because of your own attitude, They decided to block you. And who knows, Your computer might actually be the problem.
Last time I also use Starhub, Call them and they say they will call me back after I leave my number, I didn't even receive a call. Til to today, I'm still waiting.. -

nv call back is bad ar try singnet.
they block p2p program and website is all singnet ppl kena 1. i always check my com and other user be4 calling them. i do RESEARCH. and that is why i know they r lieing.
singnet server every month will be down like 2 3 time.
