Earn good $$$ but will be even more greedy than just $$$.......

If you're good, your one sale is equivalent to some people's one year annual salary with bonus.

I am in the firm believe that in whatever you do for a living, you need to have INTEREST and PASSION. If you have INTEREST and PASSION, you can go far ragrdless what you do for a living.
Far may not be in terms of financial gains, but rather in terms of good health, survivability, and contentment. What's the point of some people, who earns mega-bucks, works like there's no day or night, have little or no time for family or self, and eventually grew old and ill from occupational stress and spending all the hard earned money on medicals? I have seen many like that, and it's really very pointless.
In a career, it's all basically a balance or, a total submergence into whatever you do for a living.
Ultimately, JOB/WORK SATIFACTION to me, is PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE.

My mum has lots of property agents friends... and i grew up knowing who they are... i can see them .. from having no car.. to driving a merc.. to owning few properties of their own...
and they have neglect their family. every weekends i can still see them going to their weekend homes in malaysia.... hold family functions... and still have lots of social happenings in their life...
so yeah.. maybe it differs to some ppl.. -

Well, I guess what I'm saying is; you gotta have the knack in Proprety Sales, as much as be able to stand the sight of blood in order to become a Surgeon.
It takes some finding out... each of us a unique Rice Bowl, meant to fit into our hands. -
Very often we see the successful cases of a particular profession. Ppl say sell houses, properties and play stocks earn LOTSA money but izit really the case? If it is so easy, then all other professions will be dead with scores of ppl queueing up to jump into the houses, properties and stock broker profession.
Don't be mislead by newspaper reports. They report the truth (maybe) but for those successful cases. What about failure cases? I am not saying one cannot enter that profession but one muz take what we see on surface as 50%. Once truly into the profession working to realize the other 50%. Do it and then can comment. Don't use eyes see already tink understand already -

anyway, its the effort and luck and social circle and personality. My dad, started out low and climbed all the way up the ladder. he just stopped short of setting up his own company and he moved on to another related industry. -
As Above Question.. any job as long as real job is good. Fake estate agent is the no good part!
