  Good morning,does anyone know any school(in Singapore) that do not require N,O,level Cert as a requirement for admission???

  Brother! all sch also need a cert. why don't you take private Os first then slowly upgrade? i believe with great determinations comes with great results!

  Yeah i know all sch aga aga need N or O level Cert regardless of results,take as private?Is there any age criteria?Any website to recommend as for tution center,is there any better ones to recommend prefer west area
