carrying a lot of variety low cost
remote helicaptor
I wonder are they good?
One type is infra red ..pretty small one
another type is bigger one
Just wonder which is good sia
how high and how far can they go?

For 40 bucks, they can't go very high, nor very far.

how good U want it to be?
some are as cheap as 20bucks...charge 30mins for 15mins of play...styrofoam body...
I tried once...not that easy to control...need practice.

rc-heli is the hardest to control of them all, esp a beginner. -
Many years ago, my uncle bought one for between RM$1000plus to RM$2000 plus , and this one run on fuel which real aeroplane use
my auntie's husband bought one remote racing car at around the same price as above, and it run on the same mentioned fuel as well
I saw him racing that car with his friend, it was real noisy and gives off a strange smell (maybe because of that fuel)
but nonetheless, the remote car racing is impressive -

then this helicopter crash because he don't really know how to control its remote -

Those helicaptor generated by fuel
must cost a bomb $ XXXX
but seeing them taking off and flying around
is a thrill!!
Guess just start with some 40 bucks stuff
Finding a empty place to fly all this stuff
also not that easy esp in singapore -

The bigger one with one main rotor and a more "normal" looking remote control is not so controllable. It spins around too much to fly stably.
If they still sell the double rotor helicopter, that is the most stable. I've seen a salesman control it very well in Sim Lim Sq level 1.
Trust me - I've crashed thousands of dollars worth of remote control flying toys. So I know what doesn't work. -

The mini ones are easier to start off. The larger ones, ranging from $69.90 and above are tougher and it will spoil if you have a bad crashes. My friend's rotor broke into 2 when he crashed from a Level 3 height into B1 carpark.
