  It will never happen, cause most Singaporeans will not be willing to pay the entrance fees. It's a money tree for the government to milk foreign money, not built for the average Singaporean.

  entrance fees? we don't have such a thing here (usa). you can go to a casino and lose your money for free.

  You never know, i still believe there will be singaporean going. After all they say for season tickets holder it $2000 per year. I believe buying this is still better than going to other countries to just to gamble?
