how often should wash hair

  same here for me. but after a while when the hair starts to get a little oily it returns to an okay state .

  Once a week? Gosh, please stay away from me.... I don't want to get lice.
  
  I wash my hair every day with anti-dandruff shampoo... otherwise, my dandruff can easily get out of control.

  once a day, usually in the morning cos less bad hair days this way. if i'm out and perspire, i'll wash again at night and the next morning will do a light wash instead.
  
  treadstarter, even if u live in a country where winter is 365days, once a week is not enough for proper personal hygene. try washing your hair more often pls. using a conditioner on the ends of your hair will help with "stiff" hair.
  
  btw, for hair dun have moisturizer. have conditioner (leave in/rinse), hair mask, hair oil, hair serum, hair ampil (sorry dun know spelling), etc.

  I wash twice a day.
  
  Coz i apply wax on my hair, no choice need to wash off when i go home.

  It is adviceable to shampoo 2 times per day and conditioner 2 times per day? Or sometime maybe 3times.. if i happen bath the 3th time on that day. Does it do any good to the hair or will do more harm?
