need help! abt youtube video

i dun know wat wrong. i click any video it like it buffering so long A 3 mins video it buffer 4 1 hour then i watch 3 secs then it stop! i watch watever video in youtube it alway like that.
can any 1 tell me wat wrongs. -

i singet, but it like slow nevermind then it alway play 3 secs then it stop

The package not sent completely, that's why you got 3sec of 3min video.
