Yes part of the nursing job is doing that but not all nursing time is spent on cleaning sh!t .
Think of it this way : if you are helpless in the sense you cannot move yourself ....you shit on the bed....would you like to lie in your own sh!t ? Someone has to do the dirty job but it is a necessary job to give you some dignity as a human being and to prevent your skin from rotting in the sh!t. -
