u in secondary school right? wad i think is that ur cca grade most impt...but that depends on ur testi... -
cca are nt impt in my opinion if u opt for private sch
cca are nt impt if ur cca is nt a representive of singapore or major role
for example, ur cca is choir.. do u tink its more power compare to like chairman of student union -

4.testimonial more important...but not essential. -
1 and 2 definitely impt lor
3 and 4 nt sure though.....
wads yr CCA points currently ah?At sec 2 i got 10-12 or sth...avg ard 6-8 bah....but1 guy in my skool got 20 at that pt of time alrdy

if got cca can -2 pts from ur l1r5.
important for ppl who wanna -2 points to get into the top schs with l1r5 cut off 4 points.
important for ppl who want get into a sch but almost cnaot make it. like he and another guy fighting for e last place. e guy with cca vs a guy w/o cca. guy with cca gets in probably. with e same o lvl resutls. but these sort of thing is so rare.. i dont want to rely on cca to get into a school.
important for ppl who cant do well.
i got no cca.

most of the students in my school are not given a testimonial. the reason they gave was "testimonials are only given to students with good conduct."
nb. and i don't have a testimonial.
is it compulsory to have a testimonial from your secondary school? -

No, there will be no CCA cert or wat so ever ...
Instead a holistic review is given to 'glamourise' ur stay in JC, 'highlighting' both academic n non academic factors, which obivously, has a CCA part in it ... -
if you're good in your cca you can get a DSA into a good jc.

Well.. Try to get a sports CCA because the chances of you representing the school and take part in a competition is higher. Plus all the leadership and team captain/vice captain, TADAAA...! A1 for CCA!

cos joining cca and getting high points for this will more or less reflects on your personality so yah, I would say its important -
So in jc, when i get a new cca cert, will the university peopel see the newer one or the sec sch one... or both???

Both ... or maybe, they can't be bothered to read any. But only CCA in JC is considered for uni entry ...

in my case CCA pts not so impt since schs onli accept u base on ur raw pts... i am serious
