Money Changer with Best Rates

Where is the best place to change Singapore Money into Foreign currency in Singapore? Looking to change about S$3-5k.
Mustafa Center's rates look pretty good. Any other suggestions? -
To which currency? 3-5k one shot is abit too hot to handle.

JPY, after weakening throughout 2006 (from 70), has been steadily strengthening or holding on to its position since the start of the year at 77.
USD, after weakening, has recently strengthen against most currencies (except JPY) since Wednesday due to better ISM data (more factories reporting profits), rising from S$1.53 to S$1.54 (u pay $0.01 more to change per USD)...
MYR has been falling since tuesday from a high of 230... dropping about one ringgit per day since 1st jan... now changing only at 227.... in any case, MYR's best rates are at woodlands and golden mile usually.... -
British Pounds.
Dun want to go through Banks coz their rates are terrible. -
don't fall into the trap one of the people in knew made...
he spent 3 days and a lot of petrol money trying to find the best rates and in the end, it just wasn't worth it -
can try ones at People's Park...the rate is aro 1 is to 2.966x...

seems like a good time to change, but most will give u 3-to-1... u can try to bargain for 2.95-to-1, though it usually doesn't work when the rates are on ur side....
in my case, yen was getting more expensive, a few days ago was 1-to-77.5, now 1-to-76.5, but i bargain my way to 1-to-77...
anyway, another place good for changing pounds would be is people's park centre, but there are many so ask around... they also follow the market's rates on the ground....
also note that mustafa's rates change very fast, according to forex markets... it could have changed by the time u travel from ur house there, but the website is a good gauge nonetheless..... one con here is that u can't bargain ur rates, they go by the plasma TV there... one pro is it's 24-hours.... -

Is it safe to change money at mustafas?
I don fancy gg to ppl's park because there are so many changers there... I think I will end up being exasperated. I like to do shopping with military precision: Get in Get the Stuff Get out.
