  omg..10 years ago i was only 10..
  
  gained abt 30plus kg ba..was quite skinny that time...
  
  now abt 75kg.

  7 years old : 29 KG,was overweight then.around 130%
  
  Then through sheer hardwork(primary 4-5) everyday play Basketball for 1.5 hrs - 2hrs with friends,Slimmed down by 10 inches or so
  
  Now,60 KG,my waist measures 31 inches
