what do I think is not so ugly then..? hmmm *image of gf comes* how about a pretty face, sexy top, short skirt without the damm tights underneath, diamonds n silver accessories, no polka dots or beads or 20 years ago belts and clothes kthx. i hate the govt and media for together all promoting this fugly street style to come onto the sg sheep by showing and glorifying pictures and posters of such clothes in EVERY MAGAZINE, PAPERS, SHOP POSTERS, fashion guru recommendations, teenager mags, and designating all street style stalls only to take up all teen places.
its getting to hard to find clothes for guys too. i searched so long for BLACK vintage treatment jeans with nice design and threads. only managed to find 1 from buffalo david bitton for $250. nice curved double threads, threaded pocket design, printed other pocket, buttoned, nice black vintage color. Levis all that arent nice; plain, straight ugly threads, flat, blue,.
and anyone knows where to find a nice pair of slippers? all of town and all the brands dont have slippers for guys. i gave up and bought 2 from ripcurl, which i threw away already cuz they werent comfortable.
its getting hard to find nice black long sleeve tees too. all day shopping at paragon wisma taka pacific and i only managed to buy 2 from ben sherman and quicksilver. i wanted guess but marciano is making gay clothes now..

honestly how on earth can you dress so amazingly nice with such weather in singapore? if putting on a t-shirt and jeans may seem normal to you. dress up in a overcoat in singapore people think you're crazy. and furthermore not everyone can carry out the certain fashion style. putting it simply, a fat person wouldn't look good in tight fitting clothings if you try something new, either you make it a success and become a trend or people might think you're weird.
IMHO i feel that trying to dress up nice in singapore is real tough due to weather conditions -
