  for me i think Sun Plaza in Sembawang and Lot 1 in Chua Chu Kang are the worst i have been to.

  i think vivocity is quite disappointing... it's really huge and the dining concepts are great but shopping wise nothing much that i would really want to BUY....

  for those with air-cons
  
  best - Suntec City, Ngee Ann City and Vivo City
  Causeway Point and Jurong Point deserves a mention too!
  
  worst - Lot 1. Last time Bt Panjang Plaza is also one of the worst but after expanding it becomes better
  
  for those without aircons
  
  best - seriously, I have no idea
  
  worst - Boon Lay Shopping Centre. It makes you have a 1980s' feelings

  the worst would definitely be the non-aircon neighbourhood shopping centres.

  when Plaza Singapura first opened business, it was very lousy. that was before it got renovated. after renovating and expanding with the addition of carrefour, it became quite good. very crowded nowadays.

  I think Parkway Parade, Ngee Ann City, Marina Sq are one of the better ones that I like..

  Best - Suntec. Raffles City with the new Marketplace is cool too.
  
  Worst - Katong Shopping Centre. Sun Plaza is horrendous considered that it is relatively new.

  I dislike the one at Woodlands MRT, can't remember it's name. Very weird layout and too dark , poorly lit

  Hougang Mall...from bad to 'average/good' now.
  
  Last time when NTUC was in control, it was like shit. Now take over by Asia Malls, more shops now...! and very lively.

  i find that it's not bad. quite big with lots of shops. as for the layout, it's very long, have to walk from one end to the another.
