my fav 2 for shopping and eating would definitely be suntec and paragon.
i dont like cine anymore since they have zero nice clothes for guys, no nice restaurant or cafe, and the only lan is now $4/.
PS has decent jap cafe and secret recipe and at least got carrefour where i buy my groceries, guess has some nice necklaces and perfume for both genders, and movie..
and vivocity is NOT huge. -__- < 3 stories wth? city square and times square in malaysia is 10 stories high, and long too. ts even houses indoor amusement park with triple loop coaster etc. pretty girls. interesting clothes from hk etc. vivocity is fat, short, disorganised, wasting space, and mostly the 30th outlet of the same old brands again. how did the false rumour that its sg biggest shopping center come about? although they count the old harbourfront tower do you think its bigger than suntec still..? and to the guy who said vivo has good eating places, i beg to differ, suntec's restaurants around the waterfall beats vivo imo -
with Paragon, Wheelock Place, Shaw Centre, Ngee Ann City, Wisma Atria and Tangs surrounding it, Lucky Plaza seems to be the worst in the whole of Orchard especially since Scotts Shopping Centre have been closed down.

one of the worst confirm is Ginza....even aunties avoid tt place man..now only got young punks play lan and trade cards...
location wise definitely sembanwang...location so gd yet the the shopping centre sucks... -

Anyone know Ten Mile Junction located in Bukit Panjang? I don't know is it considered to be a shopping centre but its the worst I have seen. Pratically nothing in it except supermarket?

Best Mall: Parkway Parade - Lots of shops and my fav. (Giant)
Causeway Point - One bus trip to it
Worst Mall: Hougang Mall - Too small -
Better ones - Suntec mall and parkway parade.
Worst - Katong shopping centre.. -
well i personally like Suntec City, Parkway, Bugis, Wisma
non air-con i like bugis village.. nvm counted as sc la..
dont like: Jurong Entertainment Centre
anyone remembers Leisure Park ? closed down already

Best: Marina Square - my all time favorite...
Junction 8 - my neighbourhood favorite...
Worst: Not sure, tough fight...but probably those i wouldn't even wanna go into... -

Takashimaya - Many floors, wide variety.. interesting & unique products for everyone.. busy but well-managed.. very gd location.
Worst : (2 on par)
Vivocity - it's only big because you keep walking around in circles thanks to bad signage & worse space planning.. and shops are same old, same old.
Orchard Plaza - huh? orchard where? .. precisely. Honestly, I don't know what the landlord's doing. There used to be some decent Japanese eateries there, and they're all gone now. The escalators don't work, level 2 onwards is dark & devoid of shops, whole place smells funky.. it's a shopping centre for ghosts! -

The food eateries on the higher floors are good, although relatively small, but no doubt they serve good food, like fish and chips, laksa... etc. Got some malay stalls which I heard not bad also.
Over there got good 24 hr lan shop.

Vivocity is like too high class. people at most maybe visit once in a while cos it is not located near the heartlands.

Because their customer service simply sucks!
When you go into the shop and walk out of the shop empty handed (because you want to consider whether to buy "thing" from that shop or not) and go back to the shop (thats when you've decided you want to buy "thing") from that shop), their attitude would be different.
FIRST, when you enter the shop very SWEET!
LATER when you enter the shop again, very SHIT!
That's my opinion la!
And this applies especially when you are going to shop at SIM LIM SQUARE! -
