Holding on to my cheque

  If someone, Not the company.. Like colleague holds on to my Cheque and the message sent to me made me feel as if he/she is unwilling to give me to me.

  I think is illegal to hold on to ppls pay without valid reason for more then 7 days or so (or 14 days not sure)
