  why dont mediacorps re-run the old tv series like combat, charlies angels, ghost story or greatest american hero?

  Why dun they re air old SBC Chinese drama series like Xi4 ban1, dao4 ri4 ying1 xiong2 zhuan4 etc?

  The Greed of Man, Andy Lau's Return of the Condor Hero, Huang Ri Hua's Legend of the Condor Hero.
  
  But 1980s to early 1990s local production can put on fight with the TVB drama. The visual effect is not as great but the storyline is strong, and have a very strong local influence.

  Some of those Singapore produced gu3 zhuang1 drama, got history story inside one. I remember one about Yue Fei, one about the last Southern Tang Dynasty emperor (Li3 Hou4 Zhu3) and a lot more.
  
  About "The Greed of Man", the Adam Cheung (Ding1 Xie4) throwing his sons off building part is sibei sensational, but I think now only have the censored version (meaning, no throwing people off building), cannot see the sensational parts liao.
