  What are those triangular plastic thingies that hang from the top near the sides of escalators? Sometimes they are coloured, sometimes not. What are they used for?

  For your hand to go and flick it, then when your attention is on that little plastic thing, you miss the gap where your hand isn't suppose to be and ho ho ho happy new year.

  to warn u tat u goin to hit the wall on top if u stretch ur head outside or the escalator...if nvr put the sign...u stick ur head outside..when u realised it..ho ho ho...ma li kong kum~

  Prevent head from getting squeezed between two escalators ...
  BUt that's only for a short while only, no major injures... after u unstuck ur head, u get the weird feeling that ur skull just got reshaped ...
