can buy SAF running shoes(NB and Brooks) from outside?

  Find an nsf with enough credits, pay him a bit of cash and get him to buy it from emart for you. He happy, you also lagi happy.

  You can try beach road market aka army market.
  
  I still prefer the old NB running shoes, the one with the white and blue stripes, light and comfortable for running.

  Those series made ONLY for SAF.
  
  so cannot buy from outside.
  
  Anyway.. NB 3 series are the lowest series.. why would you be interested. haha

  I prefer the white and blue old ones, they were really comfortable after seasoning, and very light too. The pair I had lasted me 4 years.
