Where to cut this kind of hair?

Money is not a very big problem.. But keep it under $80 as I have to bleach my hair as well.
Neighbourhood salon are definitely out for this one. I'm thinking of either Chapter 2 or Kimage while my friend recommends France de Paris or however its spelled, It's the one owned by Hayden Tan.
Chapter 2 and Kimage for senior stylist is about $40 to $50? While FdP is about $60.
Thoughts as to where to cut and recommendations? Thanks.
And I wanna bleach this kind of colour.

Don't think it'll be suitable in SG although this hairstyle is really nice.
And better choose a better hairsylist to do this kinda thing. You don't wanna screw it up.

Your hair need very very very long den can.
Plus if you nv style, ugly like fcuk. Den later black hair grow, have to bleach again.
If short, very ma fan.

show the picture to your hairstylist and ask them whether they can give you that type of hairstyle. if cannot, then change another hairstylist.

firstly, you have to rebond (100+). That is a must. And that alone will blow your budget.
Next, you need to bleach. Easily 50. And you have to highlight too, another 50.
It'll amount to no less than 200. Plus, it's not nice at all to me. -
