Panda eyes has to do with the minute blood vessels underneath your eyes...can't be helped with more sleep.Originally posted by Ito_^:10 hrs. and i still get panda eyes. wtf.

When I used to work and study at the same time, sleeping time is only 3-5 hours.
Now, I get to sleep at least 6-7 hours

Some people when never sleep enough, One of their eyes will become double lids. Provided they are single lid to begin with.
What is this symptom called?
I suffer from this and I have to sleep 10 hours or more for a few days -

i used to be sleeping only 5-6 hrs per night as i always slept at around 1-2 am.. somehow my body clock wakes me up at abt 7-8am automatically.. hai.. 5-6hr confirm is not enough for the body to rest as i always felt very tired.. and when i woke up, i cant ge back to sleep.. zzzz.. but the sleeping problem gets better after i started to take in some health supplement.. now getting better and longer quality sleep and also feels more refresh.
