  Ask the CEO to play truth or dare, then ask him/her a lots of questions & dare him/her to promote you.

  First introduce yourself, and state your dept and your manager's name.
  
  Since he is coming to the country, ask him for his opinion of the developement of the region and what is the role of the company in the whole picture lor. But i guess everyone will be asking that.
