10 cent nia u complain...in Europe they charge 0.50 euro and even 1 euro.

anyway i thought there a sign outside MRT toilet saying if u r not satified with the toilet pls call xxxxxxx for feedback. Not sure for the rest but i saw one outside woodland mrt toilet -
