  Wah lau eh, my hse downstairs the Chicken Rice stall sells Chicken with PLAIN RICE?!!!!

  norm they got 2 kinds of rice
  
  oily rice (fragrance)
  &
  plain white rice

  actually, the rice of Chicken Rice is not oily, it's made from the chicken soup. that's why it's oily.
