recommend dentist in the east!

i'm in need of a good dental clinic in the east... now having pain when consuming cold water...& also need polishing...
just called up 2 dental clinics... both fully booked for the week, one full for 2 weeks :s31:
how come nowadays clinic so full one? & a lot not very skillful and just out to earn $..
some dont provide a lot of services... eg. they r only dentist (upgraded from nurse..dont need degree... not dental surgeons..can do operation, root canal treatment etc)
who's living in the east and which dental clinic u go? hows the charges like..eg polish/clean?
i'm looking a clinic with longer working hours (have night slots)..
so any good dental clinics to recommend? searching for a permanent clinic near my place in bedok

my mom actually asked a few clinics for the wisdom tooth n they all quoted few k, this dental for duno wad reasons, only charge 70 bucks ? n also not much crowd
another option is to wait for poly clinic, but u mus be there latest 6.30am, cos they only take in 10-12 patients per day, appointment based is 6mths, i have send many emails to MOH , i reckon they shld do something abt it, cos the other time i was having toothache n this is wad happen to me, luckily the dentist in army only need to wait 3 mths ! imagine i endure the dumb tootache for 3 months ! -
If you don't mind travelling all the way to town, can try DentalWorks at Paragon. The orthodontist there is good. I'm extracting my wisdom teeth(I have 4) there soon, after I take out my braces.

1 clinic in the area is blacklisted... very poor and limited services..
cos the person..only dental therapist... dont have degree one.. -
i went to eastwood dentalcare last week. didnt solve the problem...
did polishing/scaling... patchin up another tooth nearby, fluoride treatment.. spent $180... everything done within 15mins! so in the end... the pain is still there..
went to ace clinic in the weekend. did x-ray.. didnt show signs of infection.. from the xray, Dr explained that the previous drill/patch done 2mths ago is near to the roots although still some distance away.. so may be very sensitive... Dr suggested to put gel to help the sensitivity problem & observe... if still pain, may need root canal treatment or extraction ???? arhhhhhh...............
then just be4 putting the gel.. Dr examined my tooth again.. found some decay in between the tooth thats givin me problem and another tooth.. so that may be the root cause? (funny.. Dr that eastwood dental didnt spot that decay even though i requested to have it checked again...)
changed plan, no gel applied.. drilled and patch up the decay in between... total spent $220 at ace...
but hey.. the pain is still there today.. so wat could be the problem????
siannzzzzz... so could it be the previous patch is not done properly.. some parts dropped off or cracked or???? cos i remember few days before the symptoms.. i eat hard nuggets...
now have been applying extra dose sensodyne & GC tooth Mousse.. hopefully can help the situation be4 next apt with ace dental...
