Why is it that people like to swear so much? I know that it's your own personal choice, and swear words are so common nowaday that people dont really think much of it ... but why? What's the point?

I swear only when I am angry, when things gone wrong or when I am sad or when I am bored and it's excessively sometimes. Yes it is a problem to me, I have no idea how to quit this F**king bad habit. Opps.
