Crying men. Sissy or not?

ask urself if u are sissy then -
l tink is okie to cry la..
guys mah..oso hav feelings like gals too..
When u are upset or wad...u can cry de..that is wad l tink..instead of bottling up in the heart which make u feel miserable which is more bad..l tink..spoilt the body oso
but cry finish le...must face up to the reality and continue to stand up and continue with ur life

under wad circumstances will men cry? dun talk abt relatives pass away la? bcos of relationship? bcos of stress on job?
i remembered breaking down once in my whole army life during a crazy takan session in the army cos kena takan by superior.. felt betrayed bcos he's a good fren after office hrs but becomes an impatient, hot tempered bastard during office hrs..
and few yrs back bcos of girlfriend problems made me weep during the middle of the nite...
other than tt i feel men shld try to control their emotions, feel unhappy go and do exercise, run until shag, release the bottled up emotions can le.. after tt cfm no nrg to think abt other stuff -

Our great LKY also cry what, on TV somemore, but that one was emotionally charged...its not sissy at all.
