he looks mentally unstable to me, he keeps on staring at people.
he love to hang out around ang mo kio mrt station.
almost every day when i am on my way home around 4-5pm i will see him at the amk mrt station

if yes, yeh.. saw him yesterday. Was sporting a all black leg warmer, a all black sweater and a all black top. Sports oso a striking white heels... yes, looks like a 2 incher one. Anddddd.... his supposedly bust size looks more like a handful.
