  I advise you not to do that.
  why? because unless you're a very experienced seller in ebay or someone who's established in this area, you'll have a very hard time.

  Hi i have not decided on a niche market yet..For the time being might be selling many kinds of small wholesale products at a retail price 1st..See how its goes
  
  Trying to make some small money here and there..So maybe starting not much volume..Maybe even losses
  
  So like to ask u all kind soul for advices to help me along..
  
  It is advisable tat i register and have mine own company name so that my ebay can have a professional feel to it?
  
  Will i have to pay taxes? What if mine ebiz is not doing tat good? Anything others things u guys wana add to help mi along i gladly listens to it

  Cos me want to get stuffs from suppliers and such to deliver stuffs..So having a 'name' and a business 'address' helps in mine little biz

  i dun see a pt. the ppl across the oceans hoot care bout details lidat one. y dun u try selling first den see how? name, address, etc, all can update later on.

  Ermm..can anyone tell mi if i just register a company name under $100 then just leave it alone for a long time without really using it in watsoever....Will i have to pay taxes to the gahmen ?

  As for taxes, it depends on your monthly income. There's a benchmark for it.
  If u believe ur products can sell, u could try pasar malam or push cart as a start as these places usually generates alot of potential customer.This way you could analyse the market and see how it goes. Find a partner or two to help you with the rental/expenses. If your products sell like hotcakes, than you could open a shop.
