You watched until like episode 100 only? This week is at episode 217.
It sorts of gets monotonous after 140 something. And then its a chore waiting for 23 weeks to pass after the fight with sasuke for the story to get back on track, and I'm pretty sure its well past 23 weeks and they're still not on that track. -

the anime series seems to be quite different from the manga
and contain quite alot of rubbish episodes
