Posting somebody's car plate number?

Just wondering...
That day I just finished dinner at a club. Came out, saw a car parked at handicap lot (no handicap label on the car one). And at the same time, got one handicapped driver who wanted to park that lot, but cannot park, got very upset. He went to complain to the security guard.
So I buay song. I used my hand phone to take a picture of the car plate of the selfish driver.
Can I post the picture in the forum? -

maybe the club will have a record of the member who parked there.. will send a warning or something to the owner of the car..

It seems that these days rich ppl are getting selfish. Maybe they deserve to have their legs broken, since they like to park at handicap lot. -

heck! even when my back was mangled and was in pain, i needed to drive myself to therapy, i never parked in the handicap zone and had to walk heck of a lot more...
they able-bodied still park in handicap lot
hope the club does something -
put in stomp and ST forums
and all other news papers
and particularly publish the
name of the club
act faster dun delay
i hate those ppl
who are not handicap
and they park their cars
at handicapped parks

Just write feedback letter with licence plate number to club management.
