knock down ppl but never give assistant... fine 3000 , or jail for 1 year

In Australia, you're not allowed any alcohol in your blood when you're still a probational driver. But once you're off your probational period, you're allowed to drink but have to stay within the legal blood alcohol limit of 0.05%.

Being an actor of some popularity of sorts in Singapore, what he did was outright dumb and stupid.
Stupid = to drink and then drive
Dumb = to drive off after hitting another motorist and not render assistance
He should face the full extent of the Law for such offences. -
