Peeping Tom alert in Choa Chu Kang

Watch out for this Peeping Tom watching out if you live in the vicinity of Block 355 in Choa Chu Kang.
According to Gen Teh, this man has been sighted "doing this for over a year, almost everyday especially in the morning at 7 am, standing at the window with a pair of binoculars" in his hands peering out at the neighhourhood.
Gen wonders why no action has been taken against this man for so long. The STOMP user has already lodged a police report, and the relevant authorities, she said, "would look into this matter soon.

Since i everyday pass by that Block 355 along Choa Chu Kang Ave 4 , I didn't see such things before at 7am , maybe i didn't see it or not in the right timing.

How sure can the person be that this person is a Peeping Tom ? He can be viewing other things as well. It shows how dumb the person is by reporting such matters.

Stomp is a very bad idea.....it allow ppl's reputation be ruined without proper validation before its being posted online.
If I am the guy in the picture, I'd sue SPH upside down.....
