Drain becomes man's public toilet

What exactly was this man thinking when he decided to ‘do his business’ right out in the open, in a HDB residential estate?
STOMPer Lau Siew San was doing the dishes on the morning of 16 January, and the reader was aghast and at a loss for words when she looked out of the window of her apartment, and saw this man naked from the waist down.
Worse, he did a ‘number 2’ right out in the open.
A disgusted Siew San told STOMP in her email:
“This act was done in public, and in full view of anyone who was around in the vicinity. This is completely irresponsible and indecent.”
Siew San wants something to be done, but doesn’t know how to “get the authorities to investigate”.
She wonders:
“Was he of sound mind? Or was it that he just didn’t care?”

Then maybe he is mentally handicapped person, he dunno why cannot jsut shit in public. I also know people with some problem anyhow shit at home -

Well when you think about it. HBD estates that are not close to any town centers often don't have public toilet.
So unless this man does it everyday. Then i would say he happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. it happens to the best of us.
And yeah at least he did it in the drain. Not in staircase, void deck, lift or even YOUR corridor.. -

i see it as a distraction from the govt to pull us away from politics.. kinda like how the romans have gladiator fights so that the people won't revolt -
