  To host a single page of webpage of a few megabytes.
  
  Eg. I registered my url as http://abc.com.sg which is just one page of information.
  
  Is there any hosting provider that provides such deal, or relevant?

  Nowadays web hosting fees/mth are very cheap, as low as $2~3/mth, just get more space lor, won't harm you anyway.

  you can get it easily at 1-3 sgd/mth and most of them accepts annual payment. if you need monthly payment, you need to look carefully..
