Was told by a girl that I do not have my own personality. She said i'm just a follower of my buddies. She also commented that one must have 'GREAT PERSONALITY' to be popular with.

Once one of my female friends told me I've a great personality. I asked her what does that means: Whenever something awkward happens, I'm able to react to it without much obvious change externally. For example, when a girl tells me she likes me, I won't start to shun her but will try go on and take things as normal. Or when one tells me a secret, I'm still able to move on as per normal, like I never hear anything before. Strong personality also means you have a strong self-personality, meaning you don't follow the crowd and will be strong-headed on whatever you believe in.
