writing resumes

hi all,
just curious. in my resume, i've stated a list of my previous jobs and my reason for leaving. at my most recent job which i'm qutting soon because my boss is a total bully, should i state it as "resigned due to unreasonable boss"? or is there a more professional term for it? or perhaps "messy organization structure"?

It is ill advised to bad mouth a company in your resume... It will give an impression that you are disloyal and rude... Make up some cock and bull story that is slight closer to the truth...

thanks all, but if i write "for better prospects" or "change of enviroment", it's a bit hypocritical leh.
but if i really write "for better prospects/change of enviroment" polite stuff and i get called down for the interview and the HR guy ask me again why i change job, do i still say "for better prospects"? or during that stage, i can explain to him the real full story(in polite manner/tone) that my boss == bully etc.?
sent out my resume to some companies yesterday writing "quitting due to unreasonable boss" and no wonder got no reply. -
companies may assume you might be the one who cannot take a more demanding boss...
even though your boss may be a real big bully...
since they don't really know how geniune is your side of the story
so in this sense it won't be hypocritical to say you need a change of environment... which is the truth also right?

i think i'll combine both "looking for a better enviroment" and "better career prospects".
by the way, another question: if a person is currently employed and send out 20 resumes because he wants to find new job.
out of the 20 resumes, 11 companies reply, asking him to come down for interview. in that case, does he apply for some days of leave and schedule the interviews on those leave-days? what if these 11 interviews all result in nothing?
send out more resumes and apply more leave?
like that also not a solution, because the current employer will not be happy and will suspect liao. this is my 1st time job-hopping while still currently employed. anyone got get into such kinds of tricky cases before? it's like paper cannot wrap fire leh.
or maybe i should quite my current job altogether so it's easier? -

u gotta take leave to go for interview, right ? no other choice unless you wanna fake MC to go for interview...
no choice one lah. if you don;t post resume and go for job interview, how do you expect to change job ? maybe you can be more selective to apply only for those jobs you really like to take on, so that you won't waste time
keep low profile in yr present company until the rice is cooked and you got the new job. if people suspect and kaypoh ask you if you go for job interview, just cook up some story and never admit -
