Anyone tried MOBTV? Need some reviews.

Hi, anyone has tried mediacorp's MOBTV??? wonder how izzit. worth the money??
Actually got many free software over the net to watch cable tv already.
So i was wondering whether to subscribe to MOBTV anot. Any suggestions or comments? -

Can anyone enlighten me?
1. with mobtv, i can get to watch all the shows that appear on mediacorp channels for past 2 weeks, at anytime?
2. How is the speed like? Will it be like youtube where there is intermittent pauses whenever bandwidth is low? -
More questions:
3. So it is only Mediacorp productions only, not foreign productions?
4. Can the programmes be downloaded?
5. Are there adverstisements?
6. Anyone try watching in UK or USA? How is the speed like?

What you mean got free software to watch? Well, it onli show local production. But not those taiwan or hong kong. Then the speed is like normal. Juz tat sometimes will abit lag which you nid to reconnect again lor... i think is worth the money as it is like watching vcd and no advertisment. I do subscribe lor... as i usually not at home mah... the show can be downloaded.

Ok basically Mobtv allows u to download DRM video of local dramas,variety shows etc...it is encoded in wmv.let say a 7pm serial drama takes abt 20 to 30 mins to download file size approx say +/- 200MB..it is commerical free so no worries.

Not enuff crap on mediacorp channels that you must sign up for this to watch online also? Might as well get cable.
