  Gore show man.. they slice the face with the knife out then show the flesh left there bleeding then the piece of skin they hold it juz like tat put in package..wonderin those surgeons everyday perform these types activities will affect their sexual life ornot..seriously..cuz i was watchin some girls show b4 nip tuck..then was havin some steam then after nip tuck cannot steam liao..
  
  ok back to the topic.. they have to sew the skin tat time they have to sew back those nerves...veins.. blood gushed face.. then attach liao dunno wad happen cannot fit or infection they removed the face again... Waaaa!!!
