hey anyone know for sure whether is it illegal to hawk goods in places like overhead bridges or orchard road pedsstrian streets during valetine's day?
I'm interested in like selling bouquets and roses and dont want high fixed costs!
Anyone tried it before? Any permits or liscense needed and if yes how to get them? Pardon this xiao di's ignorance!Hope to get more infomation from sgforumners! Thanks! -

i got see people selling some plastic toys that emits lights along orchard rd... almost everytime i go there, day or night. dunno if the got license not....
