Peharps. Recent days are stressing me. Long time no such thing.Originally posted by TXian:Have you been very active in the day recently? What activities do you do just before bed time? All these affects your sleeping pattern.
It is advisable to do something soothing or light just before you sleep. I am not sure about you but when my bf watches action-packed movies, he dreams of being in the situation, getting chased by the badies and all...
if all scientific method dun work, you might want to seek some spiritual comfort.
Good luck.

I've been having restless sleeps for over a year now, probably like a year and a half. My problem is that I dream too much, and the next morning, it feels as though I hadn't even slept at all. Basically, I start dreaming the moment that I fall asleep, and because I seem to still be dreaming just before I wake up, I actually believe that I may be dreaming during all 8 hours of sleep, every single day.
Someone help me as well.![]()
