When you think of someone....

When you think of someone do you believe the other person is thinking of you!?
Often when I had a very strong feeling about someone when he/she is absent I realised the other person is having the exact same feelings at the same time....
What exactly is that? Instinct? Or my mind is customised to predict what others is thinking? Or issit because humans have telepathy powers? -
