  yap, I understand the sentence of "blur like sotong", but why ppl use sotong to describe some one is blur?

  now in every army camp they dun call u blur sotong...the most get labelled as blur f*ck when u screw things up in camp.......

  sotong itself is not blur. It's the ink that it squirts out that make seeing difficult and make the predator confuse. Predator cannot see properly, only blurred images of sotong, so call the sotong blur lor.

  I think its more derived from the fact Sotong as a predator
  
  It'll just act blur & nonchalantly swimming towards their prey
  
  Then when they are close enough! FOOM! Prey eaten by the "Blur Sotong"
  
  Hence the term "Oi! Dont act like blur sotong leh!"
